By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Waiver

By participating in this course and any classes, you By participating in Cooking with Karman (the "Club") virtual sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, trips, falls, allergic reactions, and foodborne illnesses. You choose to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own safety, the safety of anyone in your kitchen, and the preparation and consumption of all food.

2. Kitchen Safety & Supervision

You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment in your own kitchen. This includes using properly maintained equipment, following safe food handling practices, and supervising any minors who may be participating with or near you.

3. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

The Club provides recipes and instruction but is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from the ingredients you choose to purchase and use. It is your sole responsibility to modify recipes to accommodate any personal food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

4. Release of Liability

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Cooking with Karman (Meyer Nutrition Communications), its organizers, hosts, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the virtual cooking sessions, including any injuries, property damage, or illnesses.

By joining the virtual meeting link, accessing the club materials, or participating in the cooking sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
